Storylines[]

On August 26, 2022 during the Quartermaine picnic; an unknown woman goes into the Quartermaine Boathouse and takes a pair of gloves. The person looks around and take a hook off the wall with her left hand. Ava is outside the boathouse as she comes up behind her and stabs her in the stomach with the hook since her face and identity are concealed nine months after the "death" of Jason Morgan on Cassadine Island via tunnel collapse and replaced by Johann Bauer in the beginning of 2022 since their names start with the letter J and ends with the letter N and four months after the armed robbery at Charlie's Pub by Eric Watson and Harry DeFranco who were wanting revenge for the late Peter August.

On October 4, Diane is recovering from surgery and a successful use of the anti-venom when she tells her children Keith and Sally that The Hook is a woman with jangling bracelets. That was when Keith, Sally, Ric, and Martin upped their game to try to find her.

On October 6, she attacked and killed Oz Haggerty on Pier 55.

On October 20, Willow finds a woman in black hiding in the Quartermaine Boathouse. It was revealed to be Holly Sutton. Drone footage shows a woman dressed in black shooting Lucy twice at Pier 55. The woman has Anna's face but she was on Pier 47 at the time.

Over a week later on October 28; another woman named Heather Webber came from D'Archum Asylum to General Hospital after the deaths of Cesar Faison, Nathan West, Jim Harvey, Mary Pat Ingles, Hank Archer aka Shiloh who bore a striking resemblance to the late Nathan West, Franco Baldwin, Jason Morgan, and Peter August; and Cyrus Renault's imprisonment.

On November 7, Nikolas points out to Esme that she has been held in the North Tower of Wyndemere for a month and the Hook attacks have stopped. She claims she isn’t the Hook.

On November 8, Esme ties bedsheets together and forces open a window with a knife before escaping.

On November 9, Nikolas is attacked by the Hook in Wyndemere. He falls and recognizes the hook as one from his boathouse. He suspects Esme attacked him. Esme in a hood hides on the pier when she sees someone coming. It is Liz who is waiting for the launch to meet Nikolas at Wyndemere.

On November 10, Nikolas accused Esme of attacking him. She claims she didn't and he locks her back up in the North Tower.

There was limited anti-venom left and even after being given it, Rory dies at GH. Liz finds a gold earring in his pocket and suspects it might belong to the Hook as Trina says it isn't hers.

On December 22, it is revealed that the earring had DNA from Gloria Wilson. Ryan tells his past lover and Esme's biological mother Heather Webber that she stole that earring years ago from his chain of keepsakes regarding his murder victims.

On New Year's Eve in 2022 (shown from December 30, 2022 to January 3, 2023); the Hook tried to attack Josslyn again, but Dr. Britt Westbourne intervened attacked her to save Josslyn. Later on, Dex showed up and shot The Hook in the arm before she took off. It was finally revealed that The Hook is Heather Webber returning the favor to the now deceased Cesar Faison five years later because Heather was wanting revenge for Faison.

In February 2023, Heather escapes from Spring Ridge with Ryan and Esme as she wants to hook Josslyn. Ryan stops at Wyndemere to take Ava with them. Heather hooks Austin but later reveals the hook wasn’t poisoned. It is revealed she was The Hook and she is arrested. Alexis did some research and found out that The Hook's letter to her was typed on a typewriter at D'Archam Asylum. She realizes Heather is the Hook. As Heather is being led away, she tells Spencer on Pier 55 that he was next.

At the PCPD, Heather is taken to the interrogation room where Sasha poses as a lawyer. Heather claims she was confused and Ryan took advantage of her. When Sasha leaves, Heather is questioned about the hook attacks and confesses to all of them including the one on Nikolas which the PCPD weren't aware about because he was nowhere to be found. One year later, Heather aka "The Hook" was later replaced by Jason Morgan who is revealed to be alive and well on March 4, 2024

  • Jerry Jacks: Former Port Charles resident who was imprisoned, then escaped, and now a wanted fugitive who is nowhere to be found. Did he secretly return to Port Charles and want revenge?
