Officer Steven Scott is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital.

He is Brad Cooper's parole officer and probation officer.

Storylines[]

On December 15, Steven becomes Brad Cooper's parole officer after Brad was paroled who later assumed the name Jason Morgan after death of the real Jason Morgan on Cassadine Island in Greece via tunnel collapse. He later questions Brad about his involvement of working with Cesar Faison and Jerry Jacks of replacing Robin Scorpio-Drake due to her being held captive against her will, which Brad admits working with Faison and Jerry. Not knowing that Brad has poisoned Peter August and using the alias Jason Morgan after the real Jason's death on Cassadine Island in Greece via tunnel collapse.

On April 18, Steven and the Port Charles Police Department questions Brad about the armed robbery at the Charlie's Pub to think that Brad was violating his parole. Brad denied any involvement of complicity of armed robbery and was eliminated as a suspect.

On March 29, Steven is joined by Brad at his former co-worker Epiphany Johnson's memorial service marking it the last time Brad and Steven were seen in which Esme Prince does not attend since their names start with the letter E as they've never met after The Hook's capture later revealed to be Heather Webber and the death of Ryan Chamberlain.

On August 19, 2024; Steven got word that Brad has returned to General Hospital wanting a second chance.
