Steven Culp

Steven Culp was a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital.

He is the son of the late mob boss Olivia Jerome and an unknown man, nephew of Ava and the late Julian Jerome; and the cousin of Avery Jerome-Corinthos, the late Kiki Jerome, the late Sam McCall, Lucas Jones, and Leo Falconeri.

He was portrayed by an unknown actor from November 16 to December 9, 2017 replacing Luke Massy as Frank Anderson and Daniel Lujan as Greg Barnes after the character's arrest and imprisonment, Gavin Alexander Hamilton as Russ Delvin, Gene Farber as Richard Klein before being replaced by Steve Burton as Jason Morgan and Roger Howarth as Franco Baldwin a day later before the character's death in 2021, Shari Belafonte as Janice Lomax before her resignation as Mayor of Port Charles, and later his onscreen boss Wes Ramsey as Peter August before the character's death in 2022.

Storylines[]

On November 16, 2017; Steven was the editor of The Invader as he meets with Nelle Benson after his mother Olivia Jerome was imprisoned eight months earlier at D'Archum Asylum and the crime at the Metro Court Hotel occurred by Frank Anderson and Greg Barnes who were in revenge for Cesar Faison leaving Nathan West and Franco Baldwin unharmed before the arrival of Jim Harvey of Niagara Equities and the deaths of Nathan West and Cesar Faison in 2018 which triggered the earthquake a month later after Mayor Janice Lomax's resignation as Mayor of Port Charles leaving the city unprotected without a mayor. It is revealed that Steven worked with Nelle's male counterpart Peter August.

On December 9, Steven pressed charges against Maxie Jones and Lulu Spencer leaving Nathan under his orders to arrest them and sent them to jail to protect Nelle and Peter.

In 2020, Steven gained Nelle as his step aunt by marriage of Julian Jerome until Nelle's death.

In 2022, his mother Olivia was transferred to Pentonville Penitentiary one year after the death of Jason Morgan on Cassadine Island via tunnel collapse after the death of his former boss Peter August that triggered the armed robbers Eric Watson and Harry DeFranco at Charlie's Pub nearly two months later before The Hook attacks.

On February 15-16, 2024; his mother was killed by an unknown gunman during prison transport as he's concealing his face, identity, and physical appearance likely to remain unseen and offscreen making him, his aunt Ava and cousin Avery the only Jeromes remaining in Port Charles. The unknown person is revealed to be Stone who is behind the shootings of Curtis Ashford at the Metro Court Pool leaving Ava Jerome unharmed still able to walk on her own two feet and Sonny Corinthos in The Island in Puerto Rico as well as hits on four other mob heads. One month later on March 29, it was revealed that Valentin Cassadine as head of Pikeman Security Group was behind the hit under the name Stone a month after Valentin bought The Invader from Shawn Butler who is now living in San Francisco.
