On September 8, 2023; Cody and Sasha finally escaped Ferncliff after Cody confronted Damon about his connections to Gladys and Selina, then he sucker-punched Damon in the face, took his clothes, and they headed to an SUV outside of the building provided by Sam.
On December 17th, Sasha goes to All Saints Chapel to light a candle on the anniversary of her son Liam's death. She runs into Sonny Corinthos and they talk about Liam and her late-husband Brando Corbin. She also talks with Tracy Quartermaine, who comes to find her and apologize after berating Sasha for a mistake earlier in the day. After Tracy leaves, Sasha says a prayer for Liam, Brando and her unborn child. As she is praying for her and her baby's safety, Jenz Sidwell, her former kidnapper, enters the church, sits behind her in the pew and learns of her pregnancy.
Two days later on December 19th, in the Quartermaine kitchen as Jason is about to wash his plate, Sasha tells him to put it down, as that is her job. Sasha's studying up on some new dishes to get creative with leftovers. Jason thanks her for always having snacks for the kids, given that they don't have much of an appetite lately. Sasha understands, and while she has him here, she thanks Jason as she owes him her life. Jason asks if she's heard from Holly after everything that went down with Sidwell. Sasha says she has, believe it or not. Robert and Holly have both been texting her, and sometimes she texts back sometimes. Sasha bemoans her mom, but says she at least had the good sense to send him to rescue her from Sidwell. Sasha has a question for Jason, and it's a tough one. She saw an old photo of him in a reindeer sweater, so is there any chance he'll wear it this year? Jason won't be, saying those days are long gone.On November 25; Sasha and Daisy were mentioned by Nina Reeves, when she and her aunt Liesl Obrecht were having dinner at the Port Charles Grill, Nina told Liesl that Willow has moved back in with Drew the same day that Rocco Falconeri was initially beaten up at Juvenile Detention as a real reason in order to control Nina's cousin Britt Westbourne as Jenz Sidwell is revealed to be the culprit in revenge for the late FBI Special Agent John Cates. Nina says Drew is using her history of being controlled against her. Liesl urged Nina to realize the role she'd played in Willow's mounting troubles. Nina knows it and blames Liesl too, for thinking that Willow was responsible for messing around with Sasha's head by using Daisy. Liesl still thinks so. Nina confided that she had done one thing for Willow that she very much regretted, and Liesl assumed Nina had been the one to shoot Drew. Proclaiming that she hadn't gone that far, even though she'd thought of it, Nina explained that she'd thrown Portia Robinson under the bus as a potential suspect to take attention off Willow. She valued Portia's friendship, Nina added, and betraying her trust may have been for nothing since Michael's alibi isn’t as ironclad as it first seemed.
