Sally Miller is a fictional character on General Hospital.
She is the daughter of attorney Diane Miller and an unknown man, and the sister of Keith Miller.
She is portrayed by actress Amber Skye Noyes.
Casting[]
Amber Skye Noyes who is best known as Codex soldier Scarlett on MacGyver season 4 replacing George Eads as Jack Dalton and David Dastmalchian as Murdoc in the season.
Amber is cast as Diane's daughter Sally as well as Diane Miller in her younger days.
Storylines[]
On September 26, her mother was attacked by an unknown person whose face and identity are concealed who calls him or herself The Hook. She and Keith began to join Ric Lansing, Martin Grey, and Molly Lansing-Davis on the investigation on who attacked Diane since there were no leads.
On September 27, Sally and her brother Keith visit their mother at General Hospital knowing the fact that the two are figuring out the identity of the unknown person whose face and identity are concealed while their mother is in surgery. They go to the waiting room to await for the doctors. She and her brother face an uncertain future fearing that their mother will move back to L.A. after The Hook has been captured with the face and identity revealed.
Her mother identified the gender of the killer as a woman.
Sally and Keith speculates that the killer would be either Alex Devane, Eileen Ashby, Esme Prince, Heather Webber, or Jennifer Arden.
On January 3, 2023; she finds out the killer's face and identity are revealed to be Heather Webber after marking Alex Devane off the list because Alex is already deceased as Heather was trying to avenge her daughter Esme after losing her two sons Steve Webber and Franco Baldwin. After Britt's death, it makes Sally the survivor much like her brother Keith making them the survivors. Then Sally meets Liesl Obrecht afterwards after the deaths of Nathan by Cesar Faison and Britt by Heather Webber aka "The Hook" respectively within five years as Heather returned the favor to the late Cesar Faison nearly five years later after his death.
She attends Britt's memorial service. Then she later filled in the void left behind by Britt revealing that Liesl Obrecht's children have been replaced by Diane Miller's children. Afterwards, Alexis identifies Heather Webber as The Hook killer.
Then their mother Diane replaced Liesl Obrecht revealing that the Westbourne family have been replaced by the Miller family filling in the void the previous family left behind until October 25 when Liesl returns.
On September 11, she and Keith spend their time with Assistant District Attorney Molly Lansing-Davis and Dr. T.J. Ashford while Molly is recused from the case.
She and Keith heard the news that Cyrus was released from Pentonville Penitentiary as Drew is staying in prison. She and Keith are figuring out who the mysterious boss Mason Gatlin is working for, they identified him as Cyrus Renault as he is looking less like the late Cesar Faison and more like Johnny Zacchara 25-30 years later and the late Victor Cassadine because Cyrus gained Judge Albert Kim as his new friend after Dr. Damon Montague's arrest who is like Cyrus Renault before his release from prison.Family tree[]
