D.A. Robert Xavier Scorpio is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital.
He has been portrayed by actor Tristan Rogers, on and off since December 2, 1980 before being replaced by Tajh Bellow as Dr. T.J. Ashford, Nazneen Contractor as A.D.A. Mildred Turner, Eileen Fogarty as Judge Lois Chann, and later Virginia Ma as Madison Yeung.
He has a daughter named Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake with his ex-wife Anna Devane. Through his daughter Robin and her husband, Dr. Patrick Drake, he has two grandchildren: Emma and Noah.
It was revealed in October 2024 that Sasha Gilmore is his daughter with Holly Sutton - a secret only Holly knew. Through his daughter Sasha, he has a late grandson, Liam Corbin and will be expecting a new grandchild in 2025.

In mid 2019, Robert was appointed as District Attorney of Port Charles by the Governor of New York who is his old friend after Acting District Attorney Joseph Campbell stepped down after a short period of time after Margaux Dawson resigned from her position and later moved to Seattle.
