Richard Lowe

Judge Richard Lowe is a fictional character on General Hospital.

He was originally played by Scott Takeda on September 19 and 20, 2019 replacing Elizabeth Hendrickson as Margaux Dawson after the character left town. He returned from May 14 to May 21, 2020 and on August 3 and 12, 2020. He was last seen on October 25, 2021 replacing Anita Finlay as Judge Naomi Carson.

Storylines[]

On September 19, 2019; Richard makes his first appearance in the courtroom in a criminal court case against Hank Archer aka "Shiloh" who bores a striking resemblance to the late Nathan West with district attorney Robert Scorpio and assistant district attorney Jennifer Arden after Robert's predecessor Margaux Dawson resigned and moved to Seattle.

On May 14, 2020; Richard appears again as a family court judge in the custody case of Wiley Corinthos between Nelle Benson-Jerome and Michael Corinthos after handling the Shiloh case and after Cyrus Renault who bores an uncanny resemblance to the late Cesar Faison was released from prison with a full exoneration.

Then Ric Lansing questions Willow Corinthos on the stand about her marriage to Michael. Judge Lowe says he needs to deliberate and adjourns court.

On August 10, Ric calls Michael and says that the judge has made his ruling and everyone needs to meet first thing tomorrow morning.

On August 12, Richard grants sole custody of Wiley to Michael and Willow.

On October 25, 2021; Judge Lowe remands Nina to Pennsylvania custody.
