Near the end of 2018, Cameron Webber gets caught buying marijuana for the terminally ill Oscar Nero-Quartermaine and goes to court. He will have to do community service for a year and agree to counseling a year after the deaths of Nathan West and Cesar Faison respectively and a year after her friend former Mayor Janice Lomax resigned.
In March 2019, after being angry at Elizabeth Webber for marrying Franco Baldwin (who was in prison for murdering three people and attacking Lulu Spencer), Cameron, Josslyn Jacks, Oscar, and Trina Robinson go to Niagara Falls and Oscar has a seizure due to his brain tumor. Cameron also runs into Ryan Chamberlain, the real killer who framed Franco and was trying to elope with Ava Jerome at the time. Cameron gets away from him luckily and because of this, he missed his community service. Judge Carson's punishment is losing his driving permit and he will still have to do community service.
On March 31, 2021; Judge Carson presides over Alexis Davis' hearing after Lulu was hospitalized and the death of Julian Jerome. Alexis had recently accidentally stabbed Dante Falconeri with a syringe of lidocaine while aiming for Franco. Alexis pleads guilty of assault and is sentenced to three years in Pentonville Penitentiary.
On June 8, Alexis realizes that she and Shawn both were sentenced to prison by Judge Carson as Shawn was replaced by former General Hospital Head Nurse Epiphany Johnson as Naomi gained her as a friend before Shawn's release after Jerry Jacks was sentenced to life in prison at Pentonville Penitentiary for his crimes against the citizens of by her co-worker Judge David Walters who handled the family court hearings of Georgie Spinelli and Avery Jerome-Corinthos and Jerry escaped afterwards during Paul Hornsby's time as district attorney where she gained him as a friend as well as Ray Giles who evaded capture and eluded the authorities. On June 23; Alexis does research on Judge Carson and find out that she has a history of giving harsher sentences to black people than those who are white. Later, Judge Carson runs into Molly and T.J. at Kelly’s before being discovered by Judges David Walters, Henry Pierce, James Horowitz, Natalie Rawles, Richard Lowe, Aaron Benjamin, and Wayne Vickers.
On July 8, Molly meets with Judge Carson and calls her out for being racist. Martin Grey comes by and defends Judge Carson as he has known her for twenty years. She talks to him about her racial bias after Molly leaves and it is later revealed that Martin was recording Judge Carson. Jordan gets approval from Warden Don Alvarez to put Alexis into PCPD custody because of the recording. At the same time, Judge Carson has been urged by Governor Neil Elliott to resign from the bench or risk consequences from the judicial review board. Her other defendants are being reviewed with the governor putting pressure on the board to expedite the process.
She was later replaced by Esme Prince who later replaces Lulu since Esme is a brunette on August 16 who Esme is revealed to be Ryan Chamberlain's daughter and Lulu's brunette stepcousin and Dante's ex-stepcousin-in-law.
