Storylines[]
In 2019 after Laura Collins became the new Mayor of Port Charles, Joseph was hired as Acting District Attorney where he has known about Kevin Collins' twin brother Ryan Chamberlain who was later revealed to be alive 23 years later and 11 years after the Metro Court Hotel Hostage Crisis where it left Sonny's children Michael, Morgan, and Kristina scared along with Diane Miller and Molly was only an infant at the time.
He also takes on the case of Hank Archer aka Shiloh who bores a striking resemblance to Nathan West. After Ryan Chamberlain was sent to prison, he and his friends can have peace. But there was no time, he heard that Shiloh was released. When Mac Scorpio was hired as Acting Commissioner of the Port Charles Police Department by Mayor Collins, he was happy that he gets to work with him only for a short period of time until he stepped down as Acting District Attorney as Robert Scorpio takes over as the new District Attorney of Port Charles.Relationships[]
