Greg Barnes was a fictional character in the ABC daytime drama General Hospital.

He was played by Daniel Lujan from October 3 to October 27, 2017 before being replaced by Roger Howarth as Franco Baldwin before the character's death in 2021, an unknown actor as Steven Culp, Shari Belafonte as Janice Lomax before the character's resignation as Mayor of Port Charles, and Anders Hove as Cesar Faison before the character's death in 2018.
