Damian Millhouse Spinelli or simply just Spinelli is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital and was also one of the main characters in the first season of General Hospital: Night Shift, which premiered on July 12, 2007.
He has been portrayed by actor Bradford Anderson since the character's debut on November 13, 2006. The role of Spinelli was temporarily portrayed by actor Blake Berris in January 2017.
Storylines[]
In the inspired storyline during the February 2007 sweeps, Spinelli helps as Jason Morgan's sidekick in an attempt to rescue the hostages who are being held at the Metro Court Hotel. It is also revealed that he has a major crush on Lulu Spencer, and that he has a very vivid Walter Mitty-like imagination as Commissioner Mac Scorpio, district attorney/hostage negotiator Ric Lansing, Mayor Garrett Floyd are there along with a S.W.A.T. team and head nurse Epiphany Johnson who he later declares as his friend. The people involved were Jerry Jacks and his accomplices were Sonny's rival Lorenzo Alcazar, serial killer Franco Baldwin, Faison's son Sonny Faison, Tracy's ex-husband Paul Hornsby, Joe Scully, Jr., and Liesl Obrecht. The aftermath left Sonny's children Michael, Morgan, and Kristina traumatized along with attorney Diane Miller as Mayor Garrett Floyd was interviewed by the press as security at Metro Court Hotel was tightened to take more security measures and Jake Spencer was born three months later the same day that Kate Howard walked into Sonny Corinthos' office unannounced and demanded the use of a phone because her car had broken down.
Spinelli then investigated on the unknown person whose face and identity are concealed and goes by The Hook. He and the others get a lead on The Hook where the gender is female is a serial killer and it was far as he and the others could go until Alexis Davis of The Invader identified The Hook as Heather Webber in 2023 as the last piece of the puzzle.
