During this time; Faison was also portrayed by Anthony Geary from December 1 to December 2, 2014 while Faison was disguised as Luke Spencer under "Fluke's" orders before being replaced by Tonja Walker as Olivia Jerome on January 17, 2017.

Background[]
Cesar Faison is Anna Devane's archenemy and an enemy of Luke Spencer, Sonny Corinthos, the late Sean Donely and Robert Scorpio. He has also had antagonistic encounters in the past with Jason Morgan, Lucky Spencer, Liesl Obrecht, Sonny and Jason's longtime best friend Robin Scorpio-Drake, and Duke Lavery. His right-hand man was Jacques.
He was believed to have died twice: first on a boat with Anna and Robert, who were also presumed dead for a number of years; and then while escaping from the police on the docks in a boat that exploded.
In the fall of 2012, it is revealed that Faison was still alive 12 years alter six years after Epiphany Johnson took over as Head Nurse at General Hospital. In early 2013, it is revealed that he has a daughter Britt Westbourne with Liesl Obrecht, offscreen.
In 2018, Nathan West was revealed to be his son with Liesl after Janice Lomax's resignation as mayor in December 2017 leaving Port Charles unprotected without a mayor. At the same time, it was also revealed offscreen that Faison had another unknown son named Henrik Faison, who was revealed to be Peter August on January 29. After his death, Anna revealed she has a child with him, and believes Henrik is her son. In 2019 however; Robert suggested to Anna that Peter might not be her son after all, he might actually be Alex Devane's son with Faison.
Faison ended up killing Nathan when he tried to save his wife Maxie Jones in revenge for his henchmen Frank Anderson, Greg Barnes, Russ Delvin, and Richard Klein in collusion with Niagara Equities owner Jim Harvey; but it was Peter whom he truly hated and Faison was finally killed by Jason Morgan after he attacked Carly, all according to Peter and possibly his daughter Britt's cousin-in-law Valentin Cassadine's plot to have him eliminated after the death of Sabrina Santiago in 2016 because Sonny Corinthos was denied from going after Faison by Jordan Ashford and the Port Charles Police Department after Sonny was given the Medal of Valor award. One month later after the deaths of Faison and Nathan, an earthquake hits Port Charles all thanks to Jim Harvey's illegal fracking of natural gas in the city resulting in the phone lines going dead.
On October 29, 2020; Anna gets the results of the DNA test that proves Alex is Peter's mother after Cyrus Renault was released from prison and the death of Nelle Benson.
Storylines[]
Cesar Faison first surfaces in Paris, France in 1990 under the alias P.K. Sinclair, an adventure novelist ("The Alpine Express"; "The Crystalline Conspiracy") with a penchant for cigars. In reality, Faison is the former employer of Anna Devane during her days with the World Security Bureau (WSB)'s rival agency, DVX. Also during this time, Faison often makes illicit deals with WSB head, Sean Donely, including one to destroy Anna's marriage to Robert Scorpio.
On November 21, 2014; when Anna Devane is being confronted by Liesl Obrecht and Agent Kyle Sloane regarding the disappearance of Cesar Faison, she revealed that she and Robert Scorpio held Cesar Faison against his will at Spoon Island and that he is very much alive after the deaths of Peter Harrell, Sr. and his son Peter Harrell, Jr. aka Levi Dunkleman as Kyle Sloane is likely friends with head nurse Epiphany Johnson. On November 24, Faison is on the docks smoking because Sloane was wanting revenge for both Peter Sr. and Peter Jr. before Larry Ashton fled Port Charles.
On Thanksgiving, Faison lurks outside of Wyndemere, watching Nikolas, Britt, Obrecht, and Spencer Cassadine. He is about to open the door when Helena stops him. She tells him to be careful, but Faison tells her to worry about her own affairs and leave him alone. After Helena leaves, Faison enters and Obrecht sees him.
Obrecht is overjoyed to see Faison and they embrace one another. Obrecht sobs about how Anna kept the truth about Faison's disappearance from her, but Faison reassures her that he is fine. Obrecht asks if he finally realizes Anna doesn't love him, and Faison admits he does. He says he hoped Anna could one day love him, but he realizes it will never happen. Faison also tells Obrecht he reciprocates her feelings for him and kisses her just as Britt walks into the room. Faison happily tells his daughter "Happy Thanksgiving", but Britt expresses disdain towards her father and threatens to call the police. Obrecht, in turn, blackmails Britt into keeping quiet about Faison's visit. Faison says he has business to attend to, but promises to return to Obrehct.
Faison, pretending to be the fake Luke Spencer, showed up at Julian Jerome's place and planned to kill him for his betrayal. Anna and Dante show up to arrest Julian and arrested Faison. Anna removed the Luke mask and was stunned to see it was Faison. Faison was brought into the station where Obrecht demanded he be released. Faison was stunned when Obrecht referred to herself as Detective Nathan West's mother and she admitted to Faison that Nathan is her son with another man. As Faison was being transported to Pentonville, the transport was attacked by Helena's men and they brought Faison to Helena, Britt, and Obrecht. Obrecht was supposed to leave with Faison and Britt, but when she heard Nathan had been shot, she decided to stay with him. Faison promised Obrecht he would look after Britt and wait for her before leaving Port Charles with Britt.
In 2015, Brad Cooper mentioned that Faison is on the Top 10 of the FBI's most wanted list and the WSB's most wanted list. It is also revealed that he arranged the visit back to Port Charles and that Britt also calls him "papa" now.
In early 2017, Faison was replaced by his female counterpart Olivia Jerome when the character was revealed to be alive nearly 27 years later.
On March 22; Anna contacts Obrecht to get information about Valentin Cassadine but she reveals she knows less than she does, Anna suggested that maybe Faison might know more at the same time Faison's female counterpart Olivia Jerome was sent to a mental asylum by Judge Horace Sanchez after she was found unfit to stand trial. Anna's desperate, needing confidential information. Obrecht agreed but only if all charges against Faison and Britt were dropped and they were allowed back in Port Charles. Anna thinks there's more at stake, her family is in danger of Valentin's actions as well and hopes Faison would help. At the Metro Court, Obrecht makes a call to Faison to ask him for information concerning Valentin.
In January 2018, Faison returns to Port Charles after Janice Lomax's resignation as mayor of Port Charles which left the city unprotected without a mayor and the imprisonment of his henchmen Frank Anderson and Greg Barnes for holding everybody hostage at the Aurora Media party at the Metro Court Hotel in revenge for Faison which left Nathan unharmed as well as Mayor Lomax outraged. Jim Harvey came to Port Charles who tries to follow Janice's idea of the Charles Street redevelopment project in the beginning of the year prior to Faison returning nearly two weeks later.
One month later after his death along with Nathan's death, the earthquake hits Port Charles caused by Jim Harvey in which Nathan would never survive and the phone lines become dead.
Two years after his death; then came the man from the Pacific Northwest who bores an uncanny resemblance to Faison, Cyrus Renault. After Cyrus' imprisonment because of Peter working with Cyrus came the female serial killer who goes by The Hook wanting revenge for Faison concealing their face and identity. On New Years Eve in 2022, Faison's daughter Britt was attacked and then dead by The Hook where the face and identity revealed as Heather Webber returning the favor to Faison nearly five years later.Crimes Committed[]
