Carl Pine

Carl Pine was a fictional character in the ABC daytime drama General Hospital.

He was portrayed by an unknown actor on May 3 and 4, 2021 before being since replaced by Kathleen Gati as Liesl Obrecht before the character went offscreen, Cyrus Hobbi as Yuri Tamashevich, Kimberly J. Brown as Marie Hopkins before the character's death, Roger Howarth as Austin Gatlin-Holt, Marcus Coloma as Nikolas Cassadine, Nicholas Chavez as Spencer Cassadine and Avery Kristen Pohl as Esme Prince before the characters' presumed deaths nearly three years later in 2024 after the character's death.

Storylines[]

On May 3, 2021; Brick waits in the GH parking garage for Jason Morgan as Damian Spinelli and Carly watch on a computer monitor. When Jason arrives, he goes back to save Britt Westbourne from Cyrus' henchmen. One named Beech has been disguised as a janitor. He was told in a phone call with Cyrus to get Pine, another henchman posing as a janitor.

Pine is about to inject Britt with a syringe with a lethal overdose when Jason punches him and then Britt kicks Beech in the crotch. Beech tells Pine to get them as Pine chases after Jason and Britt. Brick shoots and kills Pine in defense of Jason and Britt. Jason is shot in the back by Cameron Webber who picks up Pine’s gun while Britt's biological mother Liesl Obrecht secretly threatens Cyrus behind his back before being replaced by his other friend Marie Hopkins.
