Storylines[]

In February 2019, Judge Aaron Benjamin presided over Franco Baldwin's arraignment. Scott wanted his client Franco to tell the truth and promises to handle the rest.

The judge asks opposing counsel Margaux Dawson what the charges are. She says the murders of Mary Pat Ingles, Kiki Jerome, and Peyton Mills as well as the attempted murder of Lulu Spencer. Judge Benjamin asks how Franco pleads. He hesitantly says he is guilty of all charges.

Margaux says Franco is stalling but he should be sentenced as required by law. Judge Benjamin remands Franco to Ferncliff for two weeks to undergo mental evaluation to determine his mental competence.

Afterwards, Judges Benjamin and Richard Lowe look into the matter of their colleague and Margaux's friend Naomi Carson as they think of her as a racist as both judges Benjamin and Lowe support civil rights.
